Because every TailorMint garment is crafted to the exact measurements and design choices you provide, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, we do want you to feel great in your custom piece, so we provide a straightforward alteration option.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales are final once an order is placed and production has begun.
- This applies even if the finished garment does not fit as expected when the measurements supplied by the customer were followed.
2. Optional Alteration Service
If your item needs minor tweaks for a better fit:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos and describe the areas that need adjustment.
- We’ll confirm whether the request qualifies for alteration and give you an estimated turnaround time.
3. Shipping Costs
- You cover all shipping fees to and from our studio for alterations.
- We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. What We Alter
- Small fit adjustments (e.g., taking in/out seams, hem length).
- Design changes or major size revisions are not included and may require a new order.
5. Measurement Accuracy Reminder
- Accurate measurements are essential. If you’re unsure how to measure, please use our detailed measuring guide or book a virtual measuring session before ordering.
